I Will Still Fly with Jetblue

I bought a cheap ticket from California to New York and flew with Jetblue once and from that day forward; I’ve check out Jetblue first to see if it covers the route I want to take. I’m not sure what is it about Jetblue which attracts my attention: cheap airfares, customer services, the founder’s business philosophy or the combination of all.

However, Jetblue finds itself having to do a lot of damage control after its fiasco last week, leaving people stranded and clueless inside the aircrafts for hours and canceling hundreds of flights.

The CEO issued a compelling apology on the Jetblue website:

Words cannot express how truly sorry we are for the anxiety, frustration and inconvenience that you, your family, friends and colleagues experienced. This is especially saddening because JetBlue was founded on the promise of bringing humanity back to air travel, and making the experience of flying happier and easier for everyone who chooses to fly with us. We know we failed to deliver on this promise last week.

If the same experience happen to me, will I still fly with Jetblue? Probably yes.
