Can you imagine flying in the US for as low as $10? Skybus, US’s newest, super cheap airline based in Columbus, Ohio will fly to only a handful of cities in its first run.
However, to save cost, Skybus flies to remote airport, which eventually can cause travelers extra overhead for taking extra trip to the downtown and vice versa.
There is not enough public transit from remote airports to support new business. He also said it isn’t realistic for Skybus to attract a groundswell of passengers from outside Columbus.
