Thanks to nobudgettravel, I was able to get back 20 EUR extra fee I paid for checking in at the airport even though I had nothing to check in because I don’t have EU/EEA passport. I faxed Ryanair headquarter my flight info. They responded in less than two weeks and asked for a copy of my passport and flight confirmation. I faxed the second memo and within a month, I received all my money.
You don’t have to call or send them enveloped email. Faxing is sufficient. Next time, I will do this right after I buy the ticket instead of waiting to return from the trip.
